Minthostachys mollis (50g)
The Andes mint or Muña (Quechua) is a medicinal plant that is primarily native to the South American Andes, ranging from Bolivia to Venezuela.
This tasty herb is used by the locals to brew a tea that protects against complaints of the digestive tract, stomach discomfort and mild to moderate infections.
The human body is constantly fighting off small infections, bacterial or viral, which you don’t often notice. For this reason, it can be very beneficial to consume Muña as a regular tea, to bolster your defences against the onslaught.
In addition Muña strengthens the immune system and acts as a light aphrodisiac.
Traditional Use: Tea ( 1-2 Tablespoons )
