Salvia divinorum (ska maria pastora) was discovered by the Mazatec Indians. The shamans of the Mazatec tribe used this holy medicine to induce a trance-like state in which they could travel through the unconsciousness of the patient and so find the cause of his illness.

It is almost impossible to raise this magical plant from seed. If you want to grow your own Salvia plant, you it is advisable to start with cuttings.
