DE-ÖKO-001 non-EU Agriculture (Peru)
Made from Arabica highland beans, which ripen slowly on plantations in the Peruvian highlands, 1000m above sea level. This coffee is handpicked and washed in fermentation tanks. This produces a mellow, full-bodied coffee with a smooth acidity, a soft spicy touch and fine chocolate nuances.
This aromatic coffee is especially recommended for people who like their favorite drink full-bodied.
Organic Reishi/Ling Zhi mushroom
The Shining Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is known in China as “Ling Zhi” and in Japan as “Reishi”. It has been used for over 4,000 years. The Chinese name means “Mushroom of immortality” or “magic plant”. It can normally be found growing on dead trees, but it has found a new home here with us.
