Kola nut is a powerful stimulant. Kola nut works in a similar way to coffee to stimulate and helps fight fatigue.

Kola nut is normally taken before meals to promote digestion and to improve taste. Due to it causing a sharp increase in metabolic rate, kola nut is also used for weight loss.

A teaspoon in your coffee, tea or hot chocolate adds a little extra kick of energy. For the real energy kick use 2 spoons, at higher doses you can not sit still.
